At Jaldi Recharge, we aim to provide fast and reliable services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled.

1. Successful Transactions

Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, the refund will be processed automatically within 3–7 working days.

3. Pending Transactions

If a recharge is in pending status, please wait. If it ultimately fails, the amount will be refunded to your wallet or original payment method.

4. Wallet Transactions

  • Wallet balance is non-transferable to bank (unless explicitly allowed)
  • No refund will be provided for wallet top-ups except in case of technical failure

5. Incorrect Details

If you enter incorrect mobile number, operator, or amount, we are not responsible for the loss and no refund will be issued.

6. Fraudulent Activity

If any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to cancel transactions and block accounts without refund.

7. Processing Time

Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days, but it may take longer depending on the payment provider.
